"Ladies and gentlemen," Arcade's gritted teeth signaled every television across Murder World to turn on, cameras directly on him and the Kryptonian in his grasp. Electricity surged up and down his arms as he floated towards his center stage, a large fountain now flowing with a brilliant, emerald liquid. He continued as blood began to spill from his lip and pool at his chin, "In your Murder World handbooks, I believe I listed a very simple rule. One which I'd hoped you would all adhere to like good little children."
The Clark Kent of New Earth struggled to lift his head.
Blue eyes widened as they fell upon the liquid kryptonite that bubbled for him below.
"Maybe I should've wrote it in shorter grade school words, but I assumed a paper boy from Metropolis could READ. The redhead tossed Superman up and caught him by the hair before he slammed him down into the fountain below. A cloud of smoke rose from the impact, and as it cleared the game master's horrendous act could be seen by all. The fountain crumbled, but the green water continued to pour from the ground. The man of steel twisted and shook as he drowned.
"What it all boils down to is," he dropped Clark and rose to the air once more. A series of stomps were delivered to the back of his aggressor's neck before she shouted, "DON'T. FUCK. WITH. ME." And it was over. Red blended into the kryptonite-water, turning it a murky brown.
Arcade simply straightened his sleeves as he calmed his breathing. He landed and snapped his fingers. A cane appeared in his palm and he gave it a twirl as the cameras in the drones around him flickered off one by one. The death toll was one. It should've already been higher. And he had been forced to make the first kill.
To put it short:
He was pissed.

"Four days. Yeah, that should be enough time for the stragglers to show up." Arcade back-flipped from his chair atop the catholic church near the abandoned B.P.R.D. building. Interesting specimens they had in there. Hellhounds. Minotaurs. Imps. All manner of ghastly creatures, far worse than spirits and run of the mill specters. So, Arcade thought to himself, 'How best to get back at these party-poopers than to kill them all?' At the press of a button all of the doors to the church below him exploded, and a rampage that seemed to pour forth from hell itself flooded the city streets instantly.
"Yes, sir! Show those wretched dogs exactly the god they're dealing with."
