I get down with the victim
Nobody really knows the truth of the events leading up to the Joker's arrival in Murder World. His journey through dimensions has been uncharted and much, one could argue, has been lost along the way -- but there is one thing that is universal, across time, across space, across the fabric of reality: his arguably demented frame of mind.
We both know I need them
Things have changed around the Joker. He remembers almost nothing; not his beginnings, not his would-be end, not the gruesome wounds he sustained in his penultimate sparring session with the World's Greatest Detectives. Flung through a dimensional vortex of Arcade's creation with a collection of strewn dead bodies around him -- not entirely sure of their status as friends or foes -- the Joker now lies ready to awaken with only one thought in mind.
Get stuck in the middle of all irrelevance
His greatest adversary has remained. Everything else off to the side -- survival, memory, companions, rivalries, victims -- has been lost, locked away within a mind bleached by the trauma of its interdimensional travel. When those eyes widen within bleached white lids, beneath a sea of sickly green hair, with a spluttering laugh upon his tongue, borne to life as the first motion of this new, fresh air flowing through his lungs, the remnant unshackled beast of mayhem known as the Joker will have only one goal in his mind's eye, one single solitary purpose.

POWERS/ABILITIES
- ALTERED PHYSIOLOGY - Chemical submergence and other unconfirmed trauma the Joker is reported to have experienced have led to his body adapting in strange ways. His physical attributes and metabolism are all far above average, he requires minimal rest and food, and can seemingly survive on willpower and pure insanity alone. Nobody quite knows the limits of this particular ability.
- GENIUS IN MADNESS - The Joker, though definitively insane, possesses intelligence far above and beyond that of a normal human being. His tactical and strategic reckonings are almost unparalleled in their skill, and often their sadism.
- PAIN RESILIENCE - Pain is not of no regard to the Joker as it is for others. Instead, its very purpose as a self-preservation mechanism and signal seems to have been inverted to the point that the Joker actually seems to enjoy pain as it is administered.
- TOXICOLOGICAL ANOMALY - Through years of tampering intensely with various poisons, the Joker does not so much as falter in the presence of toxins, be they encroaching and gaseous or otherwise -- his body filters them out with minimal effort.
- PSEUDO-IMMORTAL - The Joker has a curious ability regarding cheating death in seemingly lethal situations. This is of course subject to moderator and administrator consensus IC.
EQUIPMENT
- JOKER VENOM - One of the Joker's signature methods of execution, Joker Venom is a particular formulated subsidiary of laughing gas which is, upon exposure, lethal. Continued exposure over time, or a lethal intravenous dose, will cause death over one to ten minutes (dependent upon size and resilience of victim) and a signature calling card of the Joker's murders -- a fastened rictus grin. Joker Venom can be administered in a number of forms, including gas canisters, poison tablets which dissolve in liquid, clear poisonous liquid itself, and can also be applied to blades, arrows, and darts.
- EXPLOSIVE TEETH - The Joker's signature wind-up chattering teeth are typically used to torment his victims mentally rather than physically, but since entering Arcade's Murder World, he has re-adapted his combative style to become somewhat more vicious. These teeth will rattle around on the floor uncontrollably for a preset amount of time before being detonated with explosive force equivalent to a hand grenade, either remotely, via proximity, or on a timer.
- JOY BUZZER - With his original "Killing Joke" joy buzzers abandoned in the Prime Earth Gotham upon transportation, the Joker has fashioned himself a pair of jury-rigged pressure-sensitive joy buzzers wrapped around both palms. Wearing grounded gloves allows him to avoid the lethal dose of electricity sent surging through the target's system when it comes into contact with him.
- ACID FLOWER - Originally a part of the Joker suit prior to his being dragged into Murder World, the acid flower, like the joy buzzer, has been redesigned. Instead of now obviously sitting on his suit lapel, the acid flowers are now two small purple and green petaled cufflinks for his suit, one for each wrist. These connect to a piece of string triggered by a ring pull on the Joker's ring finger of each hand, which, when tugged, release a burst of highly corrosive 98.5% hydrogen peroxide acid. Whilst not initially lethal, if it hits the target's eyes, nose, mouth, or hands, it will eat away at the flesh on impact until it has reacted fully, and cause possible damage to the sensory functions of these areas. Attempting to wash this acid off with water or other non-alkaline solutions will cause only more flesh to become removed in the process.
- RAZOR-EDGED CARDS - The Joker carries at least two packs (of fifty-two each) on his person at all times in his suit pocket. A master at throwing these with deadly accuracy, each card is lined with an incredibly thin yet incredibly sharp layer of metal which could easily slash through a vein or an artery at the right angle. He also seems to somehow be able to change each card's image to a grinning green-haired Joker at will.
- OLD SUIT - Having shabbily restitched the torn, burnt, and bloodied suit he nearly ruined upon his arrival in Murder World, the Joker wears his signature purple and green three-piece with all the function and tattered style a depraved madman such as himself might need. Parts of it have been replaced but the wear and tear is obvious and evident. The Joker may occasionally don a hat and/or overcoat, also.
- .44 MAGNUM - A particular favourite for the Joker and his signature firearm, this six-shooter comes in two varieties: real, and fake. The former is just as lethal as its real-world counterpart, whilst the latter will play a pitiful sound effect and eject a small unrolling flag reading the word "bang!" when the trigger is pulled -- often used as part of a psychological torture routine on his part.
- OLD HATCHET - Whilst the Joker carries a series of blades on his person at any given time, his chosen favourite is an old steel hatchet, still razor sharp, with a heavy enough head to hack off limbs with a single stroke.
- VEHICLES - The Joker has at his disposal innumerable varied vehicles, from reappropriated sports cars and motorcycles to large semi trucks utilised for transportation of other equipment for numerous schemes.
- GADGETS & TRAPS - The Joker employs a number of miscellaneous gadgets and traps around and beyond his person all entirely dependent upon situational requirements. Each gadget setup he might use is entirely tailored towards the potential victim for the purpose of maximising physiological and often psychological pain.
- VARIOUS WEAPONRY - The Joker generally has about his person a variety of weapons, from knuckledusters to assorted knives, along with firearms and explosives.
